We use your data to create accounts, power search and discovery, support communication between users, improve trust and safety, maintain the platform, operate subscription features, prevent fraud, and respond to support, billing, or security issues.
3. Location Information
If a technician chooses to save location details, Fixerezo may use that information to help nearby customers discover that technician on maps and in local search results.
4. How Information Is Shared
Fixerezo may display certain profile details publicly inside the platform, such as technician names, services, areas, profile content, ratings, and reviews. We may also share limited account, billing, or transaction-related details with payment processors or service providers when needed to operate subscriptions, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information as part of the normal operation of the product.
5. Messages and Support
Messages, account actions, and certain platform events may be stored so the service works correctly, misuse can be prevented, and disputes, billing concerns, or support requests can be handled more clearly.
6. Security
We use reasonable protections at the platform and authentication level, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Users are also responsible for protecting their devices, passwords, and account access.
7. Your Choices
Users may update profile information, change passwords, and request account deletion using available platform tools. Some operational, billing, anti-fraud, or legal records may still be retained when required.
8. Future Verification Features
Fixerezo may later add phone verification, identity checks, credential uploads, or additional trust signals. If that happens, this policy may be updated to reflect those features.

Fixerezo may use cookies and similar technologies to improve the experience, keep sessions active, understand platform usage, and support subscription or fraud-prevention workflows. Users can manage some of these preferences in their browser settings.
10. Third-Party Services
Fixerezo relies on third-party services such as Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure, Vercel for hosting, mapping providers for location-related features, and may use payment or subscription providers such as Paddle when billing features are enabled. Those providers have their own privacy and data-handling practices.
11. Billing Communications
If subscription billing is enabled, payment processors or subscription providers may send billing notices, receipts, renewal reminders, cancellation confirmations, or customer portal links directly to the email address associated with the subscription.
12. Minors
Fixerezo is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors, and we will remove such information within a reasonable time if discovered.
13. Data Retention
We retain user data while the account remains active or when needed to provide services, maintain safety, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, process subscription records, or meet legal obligations. After a valid deletion request, personal data should be removed within 30 days unless a longer period is legally required. For US users, including California residents, Fixerezo is designed to honor applicable state privacy rights, including rights to request deletion of personal data, verified phone numbers, and profiles, subject to any lawful verification, retention, fraud-prevention, security, billing, or compliance exceptions that may apply.
14. International Users
If you use Fixerezo from outside your home state or country, you understand that your data may be processed according to the platform's operating practices and applicable hosting infrastructure.
15. Policy Changes
Fixerezo may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Significant changes may be communicated through email or in-platform notice, and continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated policy.
