Fixie Business Terms

These terms govern the optional Fixie Business Assistant, including its AI assistance, operating modes, automations, subscriptions, and technician responsibilities.

Last updated: August 22, 2026

1. Product Scope

Fixie Business Assistant is an optional paid workspace for technicians. It is separate from the customer-facing Fixie helper and from the free technician marketplace profile. It may help technicians understand customer conversations, organize business information, prepare communications, manage appointments and follow-ups, create estimates, review analytics, and perform supported actions.

2. Eligibility and Account Control

A technician must use their own authorized Fixerezo account and must have the right to manage the customer, schedule, pricing, and business information supplied to Fixie Business. Account credentials and assistant access may not be shared in a way that exposes customer information or permits unauthorized actions.

3. Plans, Units, and Availability

Starter, Pro, and Max are recurring monthly plans with the capabilities and daily Fixie Unit allowance displayed before purchase. Units measure assistant usage, reset on the stated schedule, do not roll over, have no cash value, and are not transferable. Models, limits, and supported workflows may change when reasonably necessary to maintain quality, safety, or service availability.

4. Operating Modes

Review First prepares supported actions and waits for technician approval. Auto performs only categories the technician has enabled. Full Access may perform supported, authorized actions immediately within the technician’s business settings and Fixerezo safeguards. Changing modes does not remove the technician’s responsibility to monitor results, customer communications, appointments, estimates, and business commitments.

5. AI Output and Confirmation

Fixie Business can misunderstand requests, customer context, dates, prices, or business rules. A conversational response is not proof that an action completed. The workspace, calendar, message history, action record, or confirmation state should be checked for important work. Fixerezo does not guarantee that any AI output or automation will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every business decision.

6. Messages, Scheduling, and Estimates

The technician remains responsible for the accuracy, legality, tone, timing, scope, and pricing of communications and estimates sent through Fixie Business. Appointment availability checks and safety controls reduce mistakes but do not replace the technician’s own calendar management or customer confirmation.

7. Customer Information

Technicians may use customer information only for legitimate service and business purposes. They must not add unnecessary sensitive information, use customer data for spam or unrelated marketing, or instruct Fixie Business to perform unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, or unsafe activity.

8. Notifications and Reminders

Navbar notifications, reminders, usage warnings, and proactive alerts are convenience features and may be delayed or unavailable. Technicians must not rely on Fixie Business as the only method for remembering jobs, responding to emergencies, meeting legal deadlines, or managing safety-critical work.

9. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

Subscriptions are processed through PayPal. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves access through the stored paid-period end date. Payments are final and non-refundable except for the limited billing errors or circumstances required by law described in the Fixie Business Billing Policy.

10. Suspension and Changes

Fixerezo may pause automation, restrict an action, suspend paid access, or terminate use when needed to address nonpayment, abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, unsafe behavior, platform integrity, or violations of these terms. Material product or policy changes may be communicated in the product or through available account channels.
