1. Create your technician account the right way
Start by registering as a technician, then fill the required fields only: full name, contact method, password, service, service area, and your working location. If your specialty is not in the list, you can type a custom one.
02
2. Prepare your profile before waiting for messages
After signup, add the optional things that strengthen your presence: a clear bio, work photos, and a tidy avatar or photo. These are not required to create the account, but they matter a lot if you want a stronger profile.
03
3. Use your 30-day free trial wisely
The 30-day free trial is not a paid plan. It is your chance to test the platform, strengthen your profile, collect early conversations and reviews, then decide which visibility plan fits your business.
04
4. Reply fast and respectfully
Every conversation is a real opportunity. Reply clearly, ask for photos or job details when needed, and keep the tone professional. Speed and respect build trust fast.
05
5. Ask for a review after the job is done
After finishing the job, use your review page or review codes. Real reviews strengthen your profile, improve trust, and help customers compare you with more confidence.

6. Apply for verification when you are ready
On the verification page you will be asked for your full legal name, a government ID number or document, city or service area, years of experience, and a short summary of your work. You also upload an ID photo and a clear selfie. You can optionally add a business name, certificate, extra proof of work, and notes that help review your request.
